You retain all rights to the 3D files you load into Open3D Viewer. We claim no ownership of, and never receive a copy of, your files.

You agree not to use Open3D Viewer to view, distribute, or process content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Limitation of liability
